SSK is the only sanctioned service and support center for CYPRES outside of Germany.
CYPRES Maintenance
When it comes to your CYPRES, stick to the old adage: an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
Sustaining the high level of reliability we’ve come to know and expect from the CYPRES means adhering to the proven 5- and 10-year maintenance cycles. Units with a date of manufacture (DOM) prior to January 2017 (01/17) have a maintenance schedule at the 4- and 8-year mark. Units with a DOM of January 2016 (01/16) and later have maintenance on a voluntary basis.
